Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 12pm are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day.

Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post services. All orders have tracking details which are emailed on dispatch with links. Once an order has left us, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor when it should be arriving. To avoid parcel thieves, you may opt to use Parcel Lockers / P.O. boxes. 

If an incorrect address has been provided and as a result, the parcel is required to be dispatched again, postage charges will apply.

Shipping within Australia

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders $50 and over.
  • Standard Delivery for  $50 and below: $4.95 flat rate.
  • Express Delivery: $14.65

Most LOZ toys will be shipped without original packaging and all boxes will be flattened. (LOZ Vehicles, Corner and Creative products will be shipped with original boxes, but they may be re-packed for postage purposes)

Please be mindful that public holidays may affect delivery periods. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be sent on the next business day.

NOTE - All express orders must be placed by 12pm to be sent same day. We can’t guarantee next day delivery – once the parcel has been sent, it is in Australia Post’s hands and delivery periods to certain regions can vary. Also please consider public holidays, as they can affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel.

Shipping to New Zealand

  • Standard International: (5-10 business days) from $14.20 - $39.30
  • Express International: (2-4 business days) $67.80

Delivery is available to all areas in New Zealand.

Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and orders placed do not include import charges or levies to the destination country. Please check locally before ordering your items

Import duties and tax charges for the destination country are not included in the order total or postage charges, and are the recipients’ responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be before you place your order. These charges are normally expected by the delivering postal company and are the recipients’ responsibility to pay.
