REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days after they have been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you received a damaged product on arrival or faulty items, please contact us at email@example.com immediately for assistance. Full refund or exchange will be guaranteed.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers are entitled to a full refund when the product:
- Has a fault that the customer did not know about at the time of purchase
- Does not do the job that the customer was led to believe it would do
- Does not match the sample or description the customer was shown
To be eligible, please make sure that:
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
-A receipt or proof of purchase
-Bank statement showing transaction total and date of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Full refunds will be offered for all cancelled orders that have not been dispatched. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been dispatched. If you would like to request an order cancellation, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
